This meeting room is very versatile, you can have your business or creative meetings in here as well as use the space for a photoshoot or filming! The meeting room has a clean, grand white boardroom table surrounded by 10 white executive swivel chairs. There's a modern design white gloss cabinet under the 65 inch wall mounted TV . A £39 refundable security deposit is required when booking. This will be refunded after your booking, subject to our Meeting Room Terms & Conditions. If your booking request is not approved, the deposit will be refunded in full. This space is available for hire 7 days a week! * Minimum 3 Hours Hire For Weekend Bookings Capacity: 10 Seated At Boardroom Table 16 With Extra Seating In Room Dimensions: Meeting Room 6m x 4m - Includes 10 Seats & 1 Boardroom Table 123cm x 244cm Venue Hire Rates: Day Time Weekdays 9am - 6pm £50 per hour Weekends 9am - 6pm £60 per hour Evening Bookings from 6pm - 10pm the hourly booking fee is £60 per hour Weekdays 6pm - 10pm £60 per hour Weekends 6pm - 10pm £60 per hour *For Bookings outside the hours of 9am - 10pm an additional out of hours fee of £40 per hour shall apply Minimum 2 hours required for meeting room hire. * Minimum 3 Hours Hire For Weekend Bookings Extras: Chairs £3 per extra chair (6 Available) Equipment Stage Lighting - Godox & Coloured Stage Lights £75 Wireless Microphones £20 per microphone Whiteboard £12 Catering (You MUST hire or bring your own table & chair covers if you intend to serve food/drink on our table.) Catering From £20 per head - We Only Offer Vegan Food Only Menu Available on venue hire page Cleaning Fee £20 - Applies for meetings with more than 2 people or for filming (No red wine or staining food allowed in meeting room) Table Cover £18 VAT is included in all fees.
Cancellation Policy
All bookings are subject to approval. Approval means when we send your remaining balance invoice. The £39 paid when booking becomes your refundable Security Deposit once approved and may be used against damage, cleaning, overtime or unpaid charges. Your remaining balance must be paid within 24 hours of approval and, where applicable, at least 8 hours before your booking. Short-Notice (less than 24 hours but at least 8 hours): Full payment within 1 hour of approval. Last-Minute (less than 8 hours): Full payment within 30 minutes of approval. Late payments may incur a £20 fee. Missing the applicable final deadline will result in cancellation and forfeiture of your £39 Security Deposit. Minimum booking: 2 hours weekdays and 3 hours weekends. Overtime: More than 10 minutes over is charged as a full additional hour: £70/hour 9am–5pm or £90/hour 6pm–10pm. A £40/hour Out of Hours Fee applies outside 9am–10pm. Your booking includes setup and pack-down. Late arrival does not extend your booking. Cancellation, rescheduling, damage, cleaning and other terms are covered by our Master Terms & Conditions.
