Mango Studios LDN Photography Studio Hire - Minimum 2 Hours Booking Required. Your £39 booking deposit will be deducted from your booking total if approved. If your booking is declined by Mango Studios LDN, your deposit will be refunded. Payment deadlines apply and late or unpaid bookings may result in a £20 late fee, cancellation and loss of the deposit. We only charge by the hour, we do not do half hour bookings. Additional Out Of Hours Fee of £40 Per Hour applies to bookings outside of the hours of 9am - 8pm VAT is included on all fees.
Cancellation Policy
All bookings are subject to approval. Approval means when we send your remaining balance invoice. Your £39 deposit is deducted from your booking fee once approved. Payment: Same-day/next-day bookings must be paid within 2 hours of approval and all others within 24 hours. Short-Notice bookings (less than 8 hours) must be paid within 1 hour and Last-Minute bookings (less than 6 hours) within 30 minutes. Missing either deadline will result in cancellation and loss of your £39 deposit. Other late payments incur a £20 fee. Where applicable, full payment is required at least 6 hours before start time. Booking Time: Setup, preparation and pack-down are included within your booked time. Late arrival does not extend your booking. Minimum Booking: 2 hours. Overtime: More than 10 minutes over is charged as a full additional hour at £95/hour. Out of Hours: £40/hour outside 9am–7pm. Late Amendments: Same-day extras or changes incur a £20 Late Amendment Fee + the cost of the extra. Backdrops: White is standard. Coloured £30 | Chroma Green £50. Excessive backdrop damage/soiling is £15 per linear metre. Rescheduling: 31+ days FREE | 8–30 days £10 | 5–7 days £30 | 4 days or less not permitted. Cancellations: 31+ days: 100% refund | 15–30 days: 75% | 8–14 days: 50% | 7 days or less: no refund. Administration Fees are deducted from applicable refunds. Damage to equipment is chargeable and excessive cleaning may incur a £100 fee. Full terms apply under our Master Terms & Conditions.
