Service Description
For Weekend Bookings: Minimum 2 Hour Podcast Studio Hire Time Is Required. Dry Hire £100 per hour: Minimum 3 Hour Podcast Studio Time Is Required. Your £39 booking deposit will be deducted from your booking total if approved. If your booking is declined by Mango Studios LDN, your deposit will be refunded. Payment deadlines apply and late or unpaid bookings may result in a £20 late fee, cancellation and loss of the deposit. A session includes professional audio recording with remote participant integration. Up to 7 participants can take part in each session, including remote hosts or guests. Optional Extras Podcast Behind the Scenes Video (up to 2 minutes) – £100 Studio Laptop Hire – £60 per session Studio Desktop PC Hire - £95 per session Wireless Microphones – £25 per microphone Teleprompter – £45 Desk Set Up Layout £25 Bespoke Set Up Layout £30 Express File Transfer £40 - Receive your recorded files within 24 hours Raw files from your booking will be sent within 3 days of your booking. Bookings outside the hours of 9am - 7pm will incur an additional fee of £40 per hour VAT is included in all fees.
Cancellation Policy
All bookings are subject to approval. Approval means when we send your remaining balance invoice. Your £39 deposit is deducted from your booking fee once approved. Payment: Same-day/next-day bookings must be paid within 2 hours of approval and all others within 24 hours. Short-Notice bookings (less than 8 hours) must be paid within 1 hour and Last-Minute bookings (less than 6 hours) within 30 minutes. Missing either deadline will result in cancellation and loss of your £39 deposit. Other late payments incur a £20 fee. Where applicable, full payment is required at least 6 hours before start time. Booking Time: Your session includes up to 15 minutes technical setup. Late arrival does not extend your booking. Setup and pack-down must be within your booked time. Overtime: More than 10 minutes over is charged as a full additional hour: Audio £75 | Remote £85 | Bronze £85 | Silver £125 | Gold £155/hour. Out of Hours: £40/hour outside 9am–7pm. Weekend bookings have a 2-hour minimum. Late Amendments: Same-day extras or changes incur a £20 Late Amendment Fee + the cost of the extra. Rescheduling: 31+ days FREE | 8–30 days £10 | 5–7 days £30 | 4 days or less not permitted. Cancellations: 31+ days: 100% refund | 15–30 days: 75% | 8–14 days: 50% | 7 days or less: no refund. Administration Fees are deducted from applicable refunds. Files: Raw files are generally sent within 3 working days and guaranteed within 10 working days.
