Service Description
£150 deposit is required to book the Silver Photoshoot Package. Full balance due at least 7 days before the photoshoot. If not paid by 7 day deadline: £40 Late Payment Fee is added. Absolute deadline: If still not paid in full 48 hours before the photoshoot, the booking is cancelled and the deposit forfeited. Cancellation Policy
All Photography Services bookings are subject to approval. Approval means when we send your remaining balance invoice. Payment deadlines begin when this invoice is sent. Payment: Your deposit is deducted from the total package price. Bookings made 7+ days before your shoot must be paid in full at least 7 days before the start time. Late payment incurs a £40 fee. Paid in Full: If you pay in full when booking, your booking is subject to our cancellation and rescheduling policy in our Master Terms & Conditions. Short-Notice Bookings: Bookings made less than 7 days but at least 48 hours before your shoot must be paid in full within 2 hours of approval. If missed, a £40 Late Payment Fee applies. If still unpaid 48 hours before your shoot, your booking will be cancelled and your deposit forfeited. Last-Minute Bookings: Bookings made less than 48 hours before your shoot must be paid in full within 1 hour of approval. If missed, your booking will be cancelled and your deposit forfeited. Session Time: Your booking includes setup, preparation, outfit changes and shoot time. Late arrival does not extend your session. Overtime of more than 10 minutes is charged at £100 per hour, subject to availability. Image Selection: Your final image selections must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your gallery. You then have a further 7 days to purchase additional images. Additional Images: JPG images are £39 each. Professionally edited/retouched images are £59 each. Delivery: Selected JPGs are delivered within 7 days of final selection and edited/retouched images within 10 days. Final images remain available to download for 14 days. Printed & Framed Images: Additional professionally printed images start from £75, depending on size and frame/canvas. Collection is included. Postage and delivery cost extra. All other terms, including cancellations and rescheduling, are covered by our Master Terms & Conditions.
