Service Description
A £39 booking deposit is required to submit your venue hire request and will be deducted from your booking total once approved. If your request is not approved, the £39 will be refunded in full. Once approved, a £210 refundable security deposit is due within 24 Hours unless its a short notice booking where it must be paid within 2 hours. Minimum 3 hour venue hire for all bookings. Cancellation Policy
All bookings are subject to approval. Approval means when we send your remaining balance invoice. A £39 Booking Deposit is required and deducted from your Venue Hire fee once approved. A separate £210 refundable Security Deposit applies. Last-Minute (less than 7 days): Full Venue Hire fee + £210 Security Deposit must be paid within 2 hours of paying the £39 deposit. Short-Notice (14 days or less): Full Venue Hire fee + £210 Security Deposit must be paid within 24 hours of approval. Over 14 days but less than 3 months: £210 Security Deposit due within 24 hours. Full remaining balance due within 7 days of paying the Security Deposit and no later than 14 days before the event. 3+ months: £210 Security Deposit + 50% of the remaining balance due within 24 hours. Final 50% due 1 month later. Late Venue Hire payments may incur a £40 fee. Missing a final payment deadline may result in cancellation and forfeiture of applicable deposits. All advance bookings must be paid in full at least 14 days before the event. Minimum booking: 3 hours. Overtime: More than 10 minutes over is charged as a full additional hour: £115/hour 9am–5pm or £145/hour 6pm–10pm. A £40/hour Out of Hours Fee applies outside 9am–10pm. Your booked time includes setup and pack-down. Late arrival does not extend your booking. Damage charges start from £200. Cancellation, rescheduling, cleaning, BYO, guest capacity, security and other terms are covered by our Master Terms & Conditions.
